Solis yang setia menemani Manuel 'Meme' lUribe biar pun lelaki itu bergelar, manusia paling gemuk di dunia!

Meme berusia 43 tahun berasal dari Monterry Mexico. Berat badannya pernah mencecah hingga 597 kilogram dan dia terpaksa menghabiskan aktiviti sehariannya diatas katil sejak 2OOl kerana tidak boleh berjalan, Meme beberapa kali gagal dalam cubaan mengurukan badan sebelum ini dan hampir maut ketika melakukan pembedahan menyedut lemak. Namun diet Zon yang diperkenalkan oleh seorang doktor berjaya membuahkan hasil, Pada Mac tahun lalu, Meme berhasrat untuk mengurangkan berat badannya
menjadi 120 kilogram.

Awal tahun ini dia berjaya menurunkan hingga 258 kilogram, iaitu di luar
jangkaan para doktor yang merawatnya.

Meme, bekas penjual alat ganti kereta yang meraikan hari lahirnya yang ke-43
pada Rabu lalu berkata, impian hari lahirnya kali ini adalah untuk berjalan di
sisi Solis pada hari perkahwinan mereka nanti.

"Kami sedang bercinta, kami sudah berpasangan dan kami juga sudah melakukan hubungan seks, maka di mata Tuhan, kami sudah pun berkahwin,' ujarnya yang terpaksa menunda tarikh perkahwinan disebabkan masalah kesihatan.

Meme bertemu Solis pada 2004 ketika dia sudah pun tidak mampu berjalan.
"Saya memandikannya setiap hari dan kami tidak pernah mempunyai masalah," kata Solis.

Dengan duduk di atas katil, Meme akan melakukan senaman setiap hari
iaitu dengan cara menarik kerangka katil bahagian atas dan mengayuh lengan.

Dia pernah mengumumkan rancangan untuk melancarkan Yayasan Manuel Uribe bagi menyedarkan rakyat Mexico mengenai nutrisi dan mengatasi masalah obesiti.

Diet Zon yang diamalkannya kini mengandungi 2,000 kalori setiap hari dipecahkan kepada enam hidangan. Menu istimewanya termaSuk omelet telur putih, salad segar, fajitas ayam dan filet ikan bersama tauge hijau..
